A note from your hosts
Melissa and Ben Asbury have been updating interiors and renovating properties since 2016. Our goal is for you to experience a moment in our home that inspires you to take a design idea back home with you. Not physically, just mentally and emotionally.
In these pages and in this home, we hope you'll uncover the same beauty we see. This community offers the perfect blend of small town southern charm with access to everything you need to make unforgettable memories with family and friends.
We have three girls and a little boy, so we know this is the perfect place to vacation with family. Ben is a firefighter and handy in all things, including all the trim carpentry on the walls. Melissa's love is found in family, creating beautiful spaces, and sharing this home so you can carry the experience with you. We're so glad you're here. Let us know how we can make you feel right at home.

Find your perfect stretch of sand
A 10 minute golf cart ride west on 30A. Tucked in a residential area with a public lot about 100 yards from the entry. No boardwalk or steps, so you can walk right onto the sand. Great for dropping off passengers and gear, but don't leave the cart unattended since parking officers ticket often. The lot is limited, so arrive early. Plenty of bike racks.
Get DirectionsUnder a 5 minute golf cart or bike ride west on 30A. No longer free — parking now costs $3 per day, cash only, paid daily for beach access. Clean restrooms, picnic tables, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills. The boardwalk is about a quarter mile long.

Make it memorable
For the trail lovers
Trade the shoreline for the dunes — Grayton Beach State Park, a scenic drive west on 30A, protects nearly 2,000 acres of coastal forest and the rare dune lake, Western Lake.
Consistently ranked among the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the United States, with miles of trails winding through dunes, pine flatwoods, and scrub oaks bent by salt winds.
